The IDC ebook examines the economic benefits that SAP and its solutions offer to its partners. It emphasizes the strategies and competencies that partners use to ensure long-term customer success and generate positive business results. The ebook draws on a global survey of 112 SAP partners and 16 partner interviews to identify economic drivers, customer-focused activities, and SAP-related attributes that contribute to partner success.
