Fust digitises all business processes on the basis of SAP Retail

Fust, the chain of specialist shops for electronics, household appliances and computers, has deactivated its self-developed ERP system with many peripheral systems and replaced it with a uniform system landscape based on SAP Retail. The company was supported by the Zug-based SAP consultancy retailsolutions, which specialises in wholesale and retail.

In the process, all retail and service processes were integrated into SAP Retail and various other systems were linked with each other. In order to map this complex structure of the former system landscape with over 200 interfaces and many applications beyond the retail area to a single system, various other SAP applications such as SAP CAR, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP HR and other non-SAP systems were integrated into SAP Retail.

Together with retailsolutions as a partner, Fust succeeded in creating a uniform system landscape that is up to the challenges of digitalisation and sustainably simplifies the company's processes. Severino Giancola, Programme Manager and Head of Process Management at Fust: "The implementation of SAP turned out to be a large and complex project. With the professional support of retailsolutions, significant advantages in process optimisation can now be achieved, resulting in sustainably better customer satisfaction."
