retailsolutions Switzerland is SAP Gold-Partner

The Zug-based SAP consultancy retailsolutions, which specializes in the retail and wholesale industry, has achieved gold partner status in the SAP PartnerEdge program.

SAP PartnerEdge Gold partners are awarded via a point system by SAP for their competence and strategic orientation. With the highest partner level, SAP honors not only a company-wide high standard of performance but also the proof that the partners have helped their customers in achieving a higher business value. The partners are extensively assessed annually to a large extend and are not awarded gold status solely on the basis of their business performance or the size of their customer base. Among other things, retailsolutions has had numerous employees located in Switzerland certified by SAP in the past few weeks. Additionally, the company received very good feedback from its customers as part of a poll regarding their satisfaction.

“We are pleased to have received another award from SAP with the new gold status, which reflects the consistent focus on the satisfaction of our customers. Being a holistic point of contact for our customers, regarding all aspects of licensing, services and support for SAP solutions, this award brings us many advantages. Our customers also benefit from this.» said Philipp Rohe, Managing Partner of retailsolutions.
