Anyone who travels a lot certainly knows our customer Gebr. Heinemann they operate and supply shops at airports, on cruise ships, ferries, but also at border crossingsand are one of the top players in this industry - you can find their goods from Oslo to Cape Town, from Miami to Sidney.

Gebrüder Heinemann operates both as a distributor and as a retailer in many different markets and has a large number of customer profiles. It is a particular challenge to take these fully into account in action planning. For a long time, the company lacked a tool with a holistic, transparent view for all interfaces.

With retailsolutions Promotion Planning & Calendar (PP&C), all marketing and advertising measures can be managed as well as visualised - end-to-end from campaign and offer planning to the implementation of advertising communication. The marketing calendar in SAP Fiori creates additional transparency and provides a secure basis for strategic decisions. The tool also offers the functionality and expandability to additionally map Gebrüder Heinemann's peculiarities in the solution.

PP&C has already been used in various Gebrüder Heinemann locations and opens up the possibility of handling much more promotional volumes and at the same time implementing new types of promotions more easily.
