Florian Kraus has been a partner and part of the extended management team at retailsolutions AG since April 2021. As Head of Sales and Business Development, he develops new sales models in the context of the current topic of digital transformation in retail. The focus here is on current SAP offerings such as the "SAP Industry Cloud" or "Rise with SAP".

More than 20 years of experience at SAP form the basis of his current work: After studying business administration in Augsburg and graduating with an MBA in information management from the University of Innsbruck, he held various management positions in sales, business development, presales and solution management at SAP. He also played a leading role in major transformation projects at well-known retail companies. Most recently, he was Head of Industry Presales and Head of Customer Advisory Consumer Products & Retail at SAP Switzerland.
