Coop Pronto AG was operating an outdated SAP landscape with numerous customised developments and complex interfaces. The maintenance of existing systems was time-consuming and user-friendliness was limited. In order to create a scalable, agile and efficient SAP application landscape, the company decided in favour of a complete SAP S/4HANA transformation
