    Development of a Fraud Detection System on the current SAP CAR based on the Loss Prevention Analytics Basis of SAP, which monitors several thousand cash registers in over a thousand stores
    Comprehensive patterns and reports for targeted evaluations to track misconduct and fraud at the checkout

  • Migration ECC 60 to SAP S/4HANA Retail for Merchandise Management
    Support in the evaluation of the migration methodology (Green/Blue/Brownfield) and during preparations for the migration

Significantly improved shelf availability and thus increased sales, while reducing inventory, personnel costs and markdowns. At shop level alone, inventories were reduced by 8%, with corresponding effects on capital costs and spoilage.
